The top left of your screen is reserved for your Line keys. There may be one or two keys programmed depending on your volume of calls and configuration.
We program buttons that provide you visual and quick access to other extensions, cell phones, or businesses. If you choose to have us program other extensions, you will see the light change from green to red when others are on a call. You can push that button to quickly intercom others.
This envelop button is your voice mail button. If you have a message in your voice mailbox, the green envelop light in the upper right corner of your phone will be lit. Simply bush the envelop button key on your phone. Depending on programming, you may be asked for a password.
You will be given instructions. However you may skip past those instructions at any time.
Press:
1 To play new messages
7 To delete message
0 To access voice mail options
This is your Hold button. Press it once and it puts your call on hold. Press it again and it takes your call back off hold.
This button is your Mute and Do Not Disturb button. If your phone is idle and this button is pressed, it will put your phone in Do Not Disturb and all calls will go straight to voice mail. However, if you are on a call and press Mute it will mute your handset and your callers will not be able to hear you. This works great in multi-task environments.
