There are so many things to do in preparation for this new year. Close out 2023’s accounting and start a new set of books while carrying over all the assets and liabilities from 2023. Yuk!

The fun part. Recast Bennett Valley Telecom’s business model to reflect all the new technology that has become available.  Get the word out about our Sonoma County, Wine Country community intercom. (This is going to be my all-time favorite!)

Inventory. I will have to calculate your wish list of items I should have onhand for you. Part of my plan is to provide free WiFi mesh management for all of you who join the VastraMEDIA Community.

Bennett Valley Telecom’s smartphone app of choice now available for Apple iOS!

Our first choice for a universal softphone on the Android platform has always been PortSIP UC. Grandstream discontinued support on their GS Wave Video and went to a whittled down version. We decided to go with the robust PortSIP UC softphone app for android but really struggled to find a decent integrated app for the iOS. Now? We get to provide a universal environment for both Android and iPhone. This is fantastic because our instructional media will be the same. The user’s experince will be the same.  And over-the-phone support will be the same. Fantastic!
